When you reach the entrance, the doll falls out of your hand if you try to take it out of the room.

[If the spikes are gone I can stop shielding us, feeling along the crack]

We might be able to get it open now.

Trisha, everyone and everything here is important. You can't destroy things and kill people just 'cause someone's in pain!

When you hit it, the dry dirt crumbles away just enough to let you crawl through, apparently having been worked at with the lotus roots throughout, and you find a small alcove on the other side, about ten feet long and four feet wide. In it sits a coffin, open and empty, and a Very Familiar woman who is dressed in victorian funerary garb sitting next to it, gazing at youwith a sad, gentle smile. She has blonde hair tidily bound back in a ponytail, except for two twin segments of her bangs hanging over her ears. Her fingers are dirty; it seems like she's the one who had been scratching at the other side. She's smiling, but there are tear tracks on her face.

"Are you lost?" she asks, in a soft, sad voice. "There's nothing down this way any more. You'll be better off finding things the other ways. Oh, but if you're looking for a part of me, I can give you one. Is that why you're here?"

She doesn't seem to recognize you.

I guess that's a no then.

[ok putting the doll back on the rock, sitting up with it's eyes open, and THEN heading out of the room]

[CAN YOU EVEN TALK HEARTS OUT OF HAVING ISSUES]

I didn't think it was actually Alma, god.

[ He's pouting so hard now. But he does take that opportunity to pull out more clothing because one shirt's not gonna cut it. ]

I won't crush her with a metal arm, so Buckster'll pull the knife out, I hold down the wound, hopefully she doesn't bleed to death all over my damn hands. Sound good to everybody?

[stares for a long moment, then walks up, sinking down next to her and just resting his head on the side of the coffin]

No.

I don't . . . need anything else.

knife?

[paws at the moving lump]

Want...rest...

[going to head back up to where the rest of the TEs went]

[Startles when he talks, with sudden recognition]

Ah-!

[pulling the broken bits of tube away as best he can, using a knife to assist]

...I don't have one.

Right, let's do it.

[crouching down to help Leif with tugging it apart]

[if there's anywhere he can fit his fingers in he'll try to pry it apart]

[his shoulders are shaking a little, and he takes a deep breath, still looking down]

[Teamwork!!]

[reaches out for him]

It's all right. I'm sorry you had to see this.

If you want to do that, I don't have any objections...

I do have a request, but I'll save it for after.

[too bad bc a monster seems to be pushing through his skin. It's tiny but has a weird face and seems to be made mostly out of guns]

[takes her hand, kissing it]

There's nothing I wouldn't want to see.

You all work together to pry the tube apart. When you succeed, the screaming falls silent.

Inside is a skull.

All right, let's do this.

[Getting into position, making sure Trisha's ready to react, and--pulling the knife out as quickly and smoothly as he can.]

[ SCREAMS.
