You can't breathe, you can't (of course) see, and you can feel the crushing weight of earth on you. When the blackness becomes overwhelming, you find yourself somewhere else...

You go through the door, and find yourself standing outdoors. You're on watery mud flats, with lotus blossoms blooming all around, and the sky is a beautiful blue reflected in the watery patches, almost clear but for soft clouds drifting by.

Ahead of you stands a woman and a child -- the woman you have seen throughout, in a black gown and with her hair pulled back in a ponytail, and child is the more obviously 'younger' Alma -- holding hands. They smile, and speak.

"Ah, you made it?" "That's great!"
