Alma Heart Game

You fall into mud. It is sticky and sucking and cloying and whether you stay still and try to remain calm or struggle and try to get out, you're sucked downward. You can't breathe, you can't (of course) see, and you can feel the crushing weight of earth on you. When the blackness becomes overwhelming, you find yourself somewhere else...

It doesn't hurt! Why would it hurt? Wearing it hurts too, so if it's hurt or hurt, isn't the hurt that hurts fewer people a lesser hurt?

That's not what I meant. Maybe you can't make it so it never hurts—but at least if you show us, if you share it with us—then we can help, we can make it hurt less for all of us.

I know it's hard to share things when it feels like you're facing them all alone, when you feel like everyone else wouldn't understand. It seems like it's easier to just keep it in and handle it on your own.
