Alma Heart Game

You fall into mud. It is sticky and sucking and cloying and whether you stay still and try to remain calm or struggle and try to get out, you're sucked downward. You can't breathe, you can't (of course) see, and you can feel the crushing weight of earth on you. When the blackness becomes overwhelming, you find yourself somewhere else...

You climb up through the mirror into the dark space above. It's just as dark on the other side but as your eyes adjust you see what's blocking the light.

It's flesh.

Twisted bulging flesh, stained dark as with tattoos but with a pale whiteness showing between those whirls and bulges. You can't make out any specific body parts, and perhaps that's for the best but... you all know what flesh looks like, what it feels like.

It's warm, also, like the heat of standing in a packed crowd of people, being surrounded by this much flesh.

It forms a winding passage leading off in two opposite directions, left and right (more or less; it's hard to tell in this twisting darkness), as well as the entryway you came in by below. Of course, walking isn't exactly easy on soft, squishy flesh that you can feel give under your feet...

Urk.

[Steadies himself, takes a few steps left, then a few right, trying to see if there's any difference in light and air quality in either direction.]

Hard to tell with just a few steps, though from what little you can tell in this light it does seem narrower to the right. The air is still, as well - it doesn't feel like there's a breeze coming from anywhere.

Kanda?

[But he's still down below. Oh well. Gonna venture carefully to the right, gingerly feeling the flesh-walls with a grimace every few steps.]

[ He sees Bucky start to wander off and follows behind him. Poking him in the back annoyingly. ]

You can't really tell due to the sound of blood through flesh everywhere. Meat noises.
