You can't breathe, you can't (of course) see, and you can feel the crushing weight of earth on you. When the blackness becomes overwhelming, you find yourself somewhere else...

[lets out a sob and tries to free one hand]

I don't know if I'll be able to help you, when you're hurting. I don't know if I can ease your feelings at all. But, when you have them, when you show them, I'll be here to support you every time. And I know I'm not the only one.
