Alma likes Lucky quite a bit! He thinks she's kind of crazy and in your face but she is also open about that and her driving self-interest and really he feels that in a lot of ways she's a lot of fun as a result. Because it's not like she's hiding these things so she just sort of -- self-presents and if you are fine with that then awesome! Which he obviously is. (It helps that while it's not hard to hurt his feelings, it's hard to do so in a way that he cares about; it's hard to really offend him, at least partially because once you've had Yuu in your life everything has to get put into perspective of "you will always be criticized and WHATEVER SHUT UP YUU"). He really feels warm and fuzzy about her opening up to tell him personal things, especially because she made it clear they were private. So far he has just flat out enjoyed hanging out with Lucky and wants to do more of it.

Also he ships Lucky/Haruto. Woot woot go get each other you two /o/~~

Lucky warmed up to Alma weirdly fast. There were a lot of factors there, ranging from morbid curiosity to honestly enjoying hanging out with him. In particular, she finds him non-threatening on an emotional basis, kinda like "it's entirely possible this weird boyfriendpetthing of Guillotine's will wig out and upchuck spears at me someday, but he sure isn't gonna hurt my feelings." Which is sort of the opposite of most of her friends, where she trusts them with her life but definitely not her feels.

...Gosh all I can think re: Excel/Haruto is how much both of them are WAY more open and honest with Alma than each other. gj guys.

And she definitely ships Alma/Guillotine 'cause wth that's hilarious.

YOU ARE TRULY AN OPEN AND SHARING COUPLE...

Oh gosh in general ummmm. PLANNING IS HARD. I want to do more nature explore threads because the ones I've got to do have been really fun. HARRASS HIS CR MORE and make more CR. neither of these are really super cool ideas so much as THINGS TO DO though.

I doubt heart games will ever become a thing unless we get a god that does them but I might be preparing an Alma heart game anyway because I love heart games too much.

I MIGHT APP AGAIN TOO but I can't decide if I want to. I want to bring Yoi-te over but I feel too bad about killing him. A LOT OF UNCERTAINTY.

Speaking of, any app plans?

I just dropped Valvatorez and I'm absolutely not allowed to app until I've gotten through my Semester of Masochism, so I'm trying not to think about it until next month. I think I'll definitely either reapp Val or pick up Mao, 'cause I'm never satisfied with my lineup unless it has some Disgaea in it.

Other than that... not really. Maybe I'll app my Madoka OC (who wished for money and ended up starting a witch farm in the basement of her mansion). But I suck at playing OCs so it's not very likely.

Who would you have me app if you could? From one of your canons or anything else.

THAT IS A HARD CHOICE I'm trying to think of who from my canons might ping you (Maybe Miranda or Krory?? I'm not sure). ...outside of that I keep thinking you'd have fun with the Hatoful Boyfriend protagonist, who certainly has canon death opportunities, but idefk my bff pigeon-lover.

How is Excel feeling about dating Haruto? :3(\

I probably wouldn't, but I could theoretically play Crowley only if I got to spell his name in a sane and rational manner. HOSHINO'S ROMANIZATIONS ARE BAD AND SHE SHOULD FEEL BAD!!! Also gosh yes pigeon-lover. *_* I need to finish that game.

ANYWAY

Much to Excel's own surprise and confusion, she is enjoying herself! She didn't even quite want to date him at first; she only gave in out of guilt and desperation, like going out with him was some kind of karmic punishment. And it was a pretty big deal, too, because neither one of them even remotely understands the concept of moderation in a romantic relationship, so really as far as both of them are concerned they have already agreed to be TOGETHER FOREVER. So it's less normal person proper dating and more unofficial yandere marriage. But Excel is fine with that, and now that she's allowed herself to accept the arrangement, she's been able to really enjoy the attentions of probably the only person around who is needy enough to reciprocate the amount of obsessive affection that an Excel is calibrated for.

So right now, she's happier than she's been in a long time, living in this little bubble of positive feelings where she and Haruto reinforce in each other's delusions and bad habits with no regard for anything resembling their true feelings toward their situation and each other. It's like they're putting their fingers in each others' ears and shouting LA LA LA. And thus far, it's working out pretty well. Though I think they could really benefit from figuring out that she's the masochist and he's the sadist. They currently have it backwards.
