HEY HARUTO HEY

Alma likes Haruto a lot! He finds him easy to talk to, and they have enough similarities on things one would not expect to find similarities in that it's sort of relief to be able to talk to someone who Gets It. IT IS HARD TO PUT A LOT OF DETAIL HERE because it can mostly be summed up as "Likes him, gets him more or less, and it's nice to have another self-acknowledgingly selfish person with a brainspace spent on a past life that you strongly identify with". Plus, Haruto is fun! And gives Alma's mind a workout. More or less he just likes him and would seek him out a bunch.

Haruto is honestly a bit "seriously!?" about Alma, because like. YEAH WHEN DO YOU EVER EXPECT TO HAVE THAT IN COMMON WITH SOMEONE!? Especially since it came up completely by chance in their first conversation and he kind of talked around it but acknowledged it, and it's... very weird!? But it's a nice comfortable feeling, to just be able to say whatever and know that THAT GUY gets it. In canon he TRIES to spill his guts about his backstory to Anis and she is very :| haruto who cares about the past at him and that seriously irritated him, that she just wrote it off, so someone identifying with where he's coming from is VERY NICE. And yes, he's fun to talk to, that Alma can't quite keep up with his puns but tries is v. entertaining. There's interest and comfort, and a FORMING emotional connection, but it's haruto and connecting to people is not really something he's great at, but out of everyone in Thusia, Alma is really edging into the zone of friends, rather than just friendly with.

Would Alma ever join up with any of the gods?

NO. NO GODS EVER. NOPE. He'll do trades for items without worrying about it because a trade is a trade and he can always... continue to not have the item if he doesn't like the suggestion. But as far as he's considered, being brought back to life against his will and told to go be used as a tool to eradicate nature is -- he doesn't hold it AGAINST them per se but he's unwilling to put himself any further into their hands if he has the opportunity to be more rather than less free. It's not something he's used to having, that sort of freedom.

if Haruto could have one thing here right now just by asking for it, what would that be?

Um, t-this is hard. Like, memories, the only thing he really knows about himself IS his backstory, which while all well and good doesn't give him a lot of idea as to his own hobbies, or things he owned, or anything like that. He might like a photo album, or even Schwartz's files on him (...not that he remembers Schwartz, either) to know a bit more about himself. If he had more memories he might want Ella here, not out of any personal feelings but because he's contracted to her, and it'd be nice to not have to drain his own blood. IT'S WHAT SHE WAS CREATED FOR, MIGHT AS WELL TAKE ADVANTAGE. He wouldn't feel bad about killing her off so he can have a convenient blood bank & she dies in canon anyway so. :'D

This might be a weird question, but thoughts on the dynamics of having AU and PG versions of characters in the same game as the original universe ones? Like, is it interesting to see how it effects characters, or? And if that is a stupid question, thennnnnnn. . . idk, characters you think would be cool to see me app. though maybe that is also a stupid question when I am floundering with multiple half-written ones
